A number of minimum wage and/or specific paid sick leave ordinances go into effect in July, just one week away. Employers should check the table below for some imminent deadlines for workplace postings.

Min Wage/PSL Notice for Small Businesses (55 or fewer employees)

Min Wage/PSL Notice for Large Businesses (56+ Employees)

Employers of Emeryville employees working at least 2 hours/week.

 

In addition to the poster, the Notices should be provided to all current employees and to new employees at time of hire.
