California Residents: The California Consumer Privacy Act of 2018 (“CCPA”) applies solely to visitors, users, and others who reside in the State of California when you visit our Site or subscribe to receive ManagEase services. This policy does not apply to our job applicants, employees, contractors, owners, directors, or officers where the personal information relates to their current, former, or potential role at ManagEase.
Information We Collect When You Use Our Site
As you navigate through and interact with our Site, we may collect, through automatic or manual data collection technologies, certain information about your equipment, IP addresses, browsing actions and patterns to improve our Site and deliver services. The technologies we use for this automatic data collection may include cookies and web beacons.
Additionally, we may collect the following the categories of personal information about California residents in the preceding 12 months. We obtain these categories of personal information:
- Directly from our clients or their agents (e.g., from documents or information that our clients provide to us related to the services for which they engage us).
- Indirectly from our clients or their agents (e.g., through information we collect from our clients in the course of providing services to them).
- Directly and indirectly from activity on our Site (e.g., from submissions through our website portal or website usage details collected automatically).
The categories of information we may collect include:
- Personal Information such as name, postal address, contact information, unique personal identifier, device identifier, cookies, beacons, online identifier, IP address, email address, account name, and telephone number.
- Professional and Employment Information such as current employment, employment industry, employer size, and other professional or business-related information.

- Protected Classification Characteristics such as disability.
- Geolocation Data such as physical location or movements.
- Inferences drawn from personal information such as profile reflecting person’s preferences, characteristics, psychological trends, predispositions, behavior, attitudes, and aptitudes.
We have not shared this information with any third party in the preceding 12 months, unless required to do so by law or government agency or for the purpose of defending or prosecuting legal claims.
How We Use Your Information
We may use and process information that we collect about you or that you provide to us for our legitimate business interests, including any personal information or data, as follows: to present our Site and its contents to you; to provide you with information, products or services that you request from us; to notify you about changes to our Site or any products or services we offer or provide through it; to fulfill any purpose for which you provide information to us; for ManagEase’s internal business purposes; to carry out our obligations and enforce our rights arising from any contracts entered into between you and ManagEase; responding to inquiries through the “Contact Us” and “Request a Quote” sections or pages; verifying and responding to consumer requests; improving the Site experience for all visitors; understanding the demographics of our Site visitors; operating and maintaining the Site; detecting security incidents; debugging to identify and repair errors that impair existing intended functionality of the Site; protecting against malicious or illegal activity and prosecuting those responsible; in any other way we may describe when you provide the information; and for any other purpose with your consent.
We do NOT sell your personal information, including the data of any minors. We do not sell or otherwise trade the personal information that we collect from our site visitors at any point or under any circumstance.
Your Data Privacy Rights
Generally, you have certain rights in relation to your personal information. For California residents, CCPA grants certain rights in relation to your personal information.
Right to Opt-Out: You can opt-out if you do not wish to have your contact information used by ManagEase to promote our own products or services.
Right to Correct: You may request correction or destruction of any of your personal information or data maintained by us to the extent that any such request would not violate any law or legal requirement or cause the information to be incorrect.
Exercising Your Data Privacy Rights

You may also request to be omitted from future e-mail distributions by following the opt-out instructions in the promotional email or by sending us a return e-mail with your request to be omitted from future e-mail distributions.
We will respond to requests from California residents in accordance with the CCPA to the extent we can verify your identity or the identity of your authorized agent submitting the request. Specifically, we will need you to provide your name, email, phone number, IP address, and device ID. To respond to a request from an authorized agent, we may: (1) Request a copy of the written permission granting the authorized agent to make such a request on the California resident’s behalf, such as an executed, valid, verifiable, and notarized Power of Attorney or other written authorization that we can then verify; and (2) Verify the identity of the California resident as described above. We may deny a request from an authorized agent that does not submit proof that they have been authorized by a California resident to act on their behalf.
We have security measures in place to protect against the loss, misuse, and unauthorized alteration of personal information under our control, including physical, electronic and procedural safeguards that meet or exceed applicable federal and state standards. Although we use commercially reasonable efforts to protect your personal information, we cannot guarantee the security of your personal information transmitted to our Site. Any transmission of Personal Information or data is at your own risk.
Children Under the Age of 16
Our Site is not intended for children under 16 years of age. No one under age 16 may provide any information through our Site. If you are under 16, do not use or provide any information on our Site or on or through any of its features. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 16; however, if we learn we have collected or received personal information from a child under 16 without verification of parental consent, we will delete that information. Please contact us if you believe we might have personal information about a child under age 16.
