ManagEase is not responsible for how your Personal Information is handled by such third-party websites.

California Residents: The California Consumer Privacy Act of 2018 (“CCPA”) applies solely to visitors, users, and others who reside in the State of California when you visit our Site or subscribe to receive ManagEase services. This policy does not apply to our job applicants, employees, contractors, owners, directors, or officers where the personal information relates to their current, former, or potential role at ManagEase.

Information We Collect When You Use Our Site

As you navigate through and interact with our Site, we may collect, through automatic or manual data collection technologies, certain information about your equipment, IP addresses, browsing actions and patterns to improve our Site and deliver services. The technologies we use for this automatic data collection may include cookies and web beacons.

We do NOT sell your personal information, including the data of any minors. We do not sell or otherwise trade the personal information that we collect from our site visitors at any point or under any circumstance.

Generally, you have certain rights in relation to your personal information. For California residents, CCPA grants certain rights in relation to your personal information.

General Population

California Residents

Right to Opt-Out: You can opt-out if you do not wish to have your contact information used by ManagEase to promote our own products or services.

  • Right to Know: You have a right to request, up to 2 times in a 12-month period, that we identify to you (1) the categories of personal information we have collected, disclosed or sold about you in the last 12 months, (2) the categories of sources from which the personal information was collected, (3) the business purpose for which we use this information, and (4) the categories of third parties with whom we share or have shared your personal information in the last 12 months

 

Right to Correct: You may request correction or destruction of any of your personal information or data maintained by us to the extent that any such request would not violate any law or legal requirement or cause the information to be incorrect.

  • Right to Receive: You have a right to request, up to 2 times in a 12-month period, that we disclose to you, free of charge, the specific pieces of personal information we have collected about you in the last 12 months.
  • Right to Delete: You have a right to request, up to 2 times in a 12-month period, that we delete personal information that we collected from you, subject to certain exceptions.
  • Right to Designate Agent: You have a right to designate an authorized agent to submit one of the above requests on your behalf.
  • Right to Exercise Rights: You have a right to not be discriminated against in receiving different or less favorable pricing, service or financial incentive for exercising any of the above rights.
  • *ManagEase does not sell your personal information, so we do not offer an opt-out.

You may also request to be omitted from future e-mail distributions by following the opt-out instructions in the promotional email or by sending us a return e-mail with your request to be omitted from future e-mail distributions.

We will respond to requests from California residents in accordance with the CCPA to the extent we can verify your identity or the identity of your authorized agent submitting the request. Specifically, we will need you to provide your name, email, phone number, IP address, and device ID. To respond to a request from an authorized agent, we may: (1) Request a copy of the written permission granting the authorized agent to make such a request on the California resident’s behalf, such as an executed, valid, verifiable, and notarized Power of Attorney or other written authorization that we can then verify; and (2) Verify the identity of the California resident as described above. We may deny a request from an authorized agent that does not submit proof that they have been authorized by a California resident to act on their behalf.

Data Security

We have security measures in place to protect against the loss, misuse, and unauthorized alteration of personal information under our control, including physical, electronic and procedural safeguards that meet or exceed applicable federal and state standards. Although we use commercially reasonable efforts to protect your personal information, we cannot guarantee the security of your personal information transmitted to our Site. Any transmission of Personal Information or data is at your own risk.

Children Under the Age of 16

Our Site is not intended for children under 16 years of age. No one under age 16 may provide any information through our Site. If you are under 16, do not use or provide any information on our Site or on or through any of its features. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 16; however, if we learn we have collected or received personal information from a child under 16 without verification of parental consent, we will delete that information.
