Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA) Minimum Wage Poster

The federal Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA) Minimum Wage Poster must be displayed by covered employers as of August 1, 2016.

• The posters are made available in two sizes. For detailed information on how to print and display the poster, click here to visit the  WHD's webpage on the EPPA poster.

NOTE: Local or state minimum wage ordinances may precede the FLSA, and may require different posters to be displayed. Employers should check their local labor departments for additional requirements.
