Form W-4 Employee Withholding Certificate (2024)

Form W-4 is a federal Internal Revenue Service (IRS) form that employees must complete to let their employers know how much money to withhold from their paycheck for federal taxes.  All new hires should complete this new W-4. The IRS has also released a calculator that employees can use to assist them with filling out this form.
