Mr. Maxwell is a California-practicing Certified Public Accountant whose firm - Maxwell & Company CPAs - has served Orange County businesses for more than 30 years. He was a magna cum laude graduate from California State University Long Beach and also earned a Masters Degree from the University of Chicago Graduate School, where he was a Hawley Scholar. Mr. Maxwell is also the recipient of The Sells Award, presented to the top 0.2% of CPAs in the United States.

Mr. Phillips joined Orange Label Art + Advertising in 1983 as controller and became the firm's CEO in 1995. Throughout his affiliation with this award-winning advertising agency he has worked to create marketing and sales programs for clients that are strongly tied to an Integrated Advertising Platform (IAP), which produces measurable financial results. Mr. Phillips is a sought-after marketing speaker and writer. He has been awarded the President's Award by the College of Business and Economics at California State University, Fullerton. Mr. Phillips holds a Bachelor's degree in accounting.

Ms. Frindt is a cofounder of 2130 Partners, a leadership development and education firm anchored in the methodology of Vision-Focused Leadership™. She is also a Group Chair for Vistage International, a global membership organization for CEOs and key executives. Prior to founding 2130 Partners, she was an entrepreneur and founding principal of Communities Unlimited, a satisfaction research firm. Ms. Frindt has held leadership positions in investor relations, operations, marketing and sales. She currently serves on several boards, for both non-profit and for-profit organizations. Ms. Frindt received an MBA from the University of California, Irvine, and is an ordained Interfaith Minister.

Mr. Puente leads a human resource-consulting firm that specializes in optimizing individual and organizational performance in companies. He is a seasoned executive coach to leadership teams as well as a Consulting Chief Human Resource Officer focusing on taking companies to the next level. Mr. Puente has served as a senior human resource officer in Fortune 500 firms, including Kraft Foods, General Foods and Quaker State Corporation. He is also an Adjunct Professor at Webster University's Graduate School where he was selected Outstanding Graduate School Professor. He holds an MBA from the University of Memphis and a BS from Villanova University.
