Q: How long has ManagEase been in business?
A: ManagEase was founded in 1997. We currently serve more than 500 hundred companies and add significantly more each year. We are especially proud of the fact that we are still serving almost all of the clients who started with us in our first year of business. As they have grown and evolved, so have the services we offer them.
Q: What types of companies does ManagEase serve?
A: The flexibility of our services allows us to work for private or family-owned businesses with a small number of employees as well as national clients with large headcounts. Some have seasonal or minimum-wage labor forces; others employ highly compensated executives, consultants or professionals. Our customers offer many types of products and services, have union and nonunion labor forces, and can have one or many locations.
Q: Does ManagEase help non-profits?
A: ManagEase serves a large number of non-profit and faith-based organizations and schools, as well as government agencies. ManagEase team members are very familiar with these work environments as well as with the special issues surrounding employment at non-profit organizations.
Q: What Manager Interfaces with ManagEase?
A: ManagEase team members are expert at working with a wide variety of managers including the business owner, CEO, president, executive director, VP or director of operations, CFO, controller, administrative or office manager. We also organize and serve on HR Steering Committees, when these are called for, or work directly with HR executives and managers when we are supporting an internal HR team. When our customers have multiple facilities, we may be asked to travel to each on a regular schedule and work directly with each location manager.
Q: Where are ManagEase clients?
A: ManagEase serves clients in all states with its call center services and products like handbooks and employee documents and policies. Regular on-site work is currently offered in Southern California in the counties of Orange, Riverside, Los Angeles and San Diego. ManagEase consultants also travel to assist clients all over the United States with harassment investigations, specialized training, HR due diligence on acquisition targets, or other assignments.
Q: Who works for ManagEase?
A: ManagEase employs highly trained HR, payroll and accounting specialists made available to clients on a per-project, temporary or ongoing part-time basis. Specialists have 5 to 25 years of experience in line and corporate functions. Some have extensive general business consulting experience too. All team members are employees of ManagEase.
